Hello! My name is Pappu Kumar, a passionate Developer with 3 years of experience—2 years of full-time work and 1 year of intensive training and internship. I specialize in building scalable mobile and web applications with a focus on performance, security, and user-centric design.

Currently, I am serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Munafa Technology, where I lead the development and deployment of fintech solutions. I manage a talented team of engineers and designers to build and scale SME loan functionalities, ensuring seamless user experience and efficient operations. My work includes overseeing end-to-end development, strategy, and technical leadership for innovative product solutions.

Before joining Munafa Technology, I worked at SenseGrass as a Mobile App Engineer. I initially joined as an SDE-Mobile and was promoted due to my dedication and consistent performance. During my time at SenseGrass, I contributed to multiple fintech projects, including the MoneyPlant app, implementing key features such as payments, loan management, credit reports, and KYC verification. I worked extensively with technologies like React Native, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL to build full-stack, microservices-based solutions.

Prior to SenseGrass, I worked at MatrIoT Solutions in Bangalore as a Software Engineer, where I focused on real-time applications. My contributions included upgrading legacy systems, transitioning databases from MongoDB to MySQL, and building real-time communication systems with WebSockets. I also developed scalable backend services using Docker, Node.js, and Python for IoT-based projects.

Before that, I worked as a Mobile Application Operation Executive at InfinityBox, where I assisted in building cross-platform mobile applications and performed key operational tasks to improve the app's scalability and user experience.

My journey began at Masai School, where I spent 1 year as a Full Stack Developer Trainee. During this time, I built several real-time applications, including a Netflix-like streaming app using React, Redux Toolkit, and Axios, and a social media application with a microservices-based architecture using Go Fiber, Node.js, MySQL, and React.js. This experience laid a strong foundation in full-stack development and helped me transition into a professional developer.
